Motivation
Adds support for custom paywall variables that can be defined in the RevenueCat dashboard and used as tokens in paywall text (e.g., {{ custom.username }})
Variables can be provided at runtime via SDK or fall back to dashboard-configured default values
Supports both {{ custom.key }} and {{ $custom.key }} syntax
