War Is Illegal

Violence is illegal.

War is state-sponsored violence. So this is simple: A government shall not sponsor violence. This applies whether the general population afflicted by the violence are internal or external to the government's jurisdiction. So this prohibits civil war and invasions.

Since our societies currently permit insane individuals and criminals some freedom of movement, we have to allow a freedom of self-defense to both individuals and police.
