Uses lume SSG to automate Github profile repo README.md generation.
- lume normally is used to generate a website, but this time it just generates a markdown file, which it copies into place.
- we take advantage of typescript to create some constants and gather some info like an rss feed, and assemble that using the Vento templating language.
