…ontroller via simple dll instead of dsx
- will require version checking to auto-update the extracted file - auto extracts the embedded dll at first usage

Added version 2 of the dualsense lib which supports setting output rumble, and batched commands.
Kerb, gear shift, damage, and ABS are now sent to left (strong) rumble motor, and RPM is sent to right (weak) motor.
