Fixes RUSTSEC-2026-0095/0096 (critical wasmtime sandbox escapes) and RUSTSEC-2026-0049 (rustls-webpki via rumqttc). Cargo.toml + Cargo.lock + sandbox.rs wasmtime 43 API fix.
