Syncs with upstream ZAD API changes from 2026-04-20. No CLI command surface changes (only the bundled OpenAPI spec was refreshed); our callers of `deployment create`, `deployment delete`, `--output json`, `--ignore-not-found`, and `version` are unaffected. Also backfills the v4.0.2 CHANGELOG entry that was missed when #44 was tagged.
