This change creates an accessibility service that helps to read the pin and enter it automatically for the ADB wireless debugging to connect.
On my phone (Pixel 8a A16) when the notification pops to enter the PIN, the heads up notification closes immediately when I press a number & keyboard dismisses. Won't come back. And the heads up notification dies then keyboard doesn't work on notification panel as it's the topmost layer. I tried to fix that but it seemed like lot of extra steps anyway and I couldn't figure the fix out.
So I implemented this instead.
