Add Start Shizuku menu option

Added a Start Shizuku option to the three dot menu for the ability to start Shizuku with just a remote on Android TV devices. Addresses issues #255 & #368. Tested on my Shield TV and confirmed working on my end after sideloading the apk.

I wasn't sure what would be the best way to launch the start activity so I just copied the onAdbClicked() function from StartWirelessAdbViewHolder.kt. It seems to work fine, but please let me know if there's a proper alternative.

@pdien hi, thanks for your pr. I build the apk and in my android tv. The start item is in the the three dot menu. But i still can't receive the notification.

Which notification are you referring to? The pairing one or another one? Also, what device are you using?

Do you happen to get this popup window? This is was comes up for me on the Shield TV when I select Start Shizuku WADB.
Then I can select 5555 to pair over Wireless Debugging.

Just tested on my Google TV Chromecast and I get the same issue on that one. I'll see what I can do about it.

@pynbbz I have a workaround for the pairing.

You will need to connect a computer to the device over ADB and run adb tcpip 5555 to listen on port 5555. Then start Shizuku which should show a dialog with a button labeled 5555 on the bottom left. That button should allow Shizuku to pair with WADB. This part should only need to be done once. You can disable listening on port 5555 by running adb usb or rebooting.
