Add values-lzh/strings.xml with Classical Chinese. Style: concise archaic phrasing, technical terms kept readable. autoResConfig Gradle plugin will auto-generate ShizukuLocales entry.
- Add personality: 勿怨, 慎之, 呜呼, 悲夫, 命也 - Archaic particles: 也, 矣, 乎, 哉 for natural flow - Dramatic phrasing for errors: 启服务败矣! - Poetic touches: 时过境迁, 功德无量, 一览无余 - Keep technical terms readable
