Automatically texts players who haven't RSVP'd on BenchApp before each game — at 72 hours, 48 hours, and 24 hours out.
Players who have already responded (In or Out) are not texted. If someone RSVPs after the 72-hour text, they won't receive the 48 or 24-hour ones.

A small program runs in the background on a server. Once per hour, it checks BenchApp for upcoming games and sends texts via Twilio to anyone who hasn't responded yet.
