Reduce docker image size

Currently, the Docker Compose quickstart method is the easiest way to run the demo. One drawback of running the demo in Docker is the large size of the required images. These images could be reduced by including only the O3DE binaries, rather than a full build with intermediate compilation files.

I started working on that. I am currently building monolythic release of the O3DE project. Steps:

1. I built the project as in https://github.com/RobotecAI/agentic-mobile-manipulator/blob/main/docs/setup_single_machine.md#setup-o3de
2. cd sim && bash export.sh .

Managed to reduce o3de image size from 47.7GB to 9.24GB. Discovered that export.sh script is no longer working properly, but manage to build the monolythic binary of the o3de project manually.
I still need to clean up the docs and I'll submit a PR.
