feat: Implementation of truffleHog

The security team is implementing in the private repositories according to this documentation, the truffleHog tool, a Secret Scanning tool capable of identifying hardcoded secrets in our repository.

Why? 🤔

The goal of this implementation is to reduce the likelihood of having hardcoded secrets in our repositories
