At Nimble I am the AI Engineering lead for the following :
- Build & Deploy AI Systems – Develop and optimize omnichannel Agentic AI solutions across Email, WhatsApp, and Webchat to automate digital collections.
- Large-Scale AI Automation – Led the deployment of an AI system that reduced ticket backlog by 95% in one month and increased digital collections 6x.
- RAG Systems & AI Knowledge Bases – Built Ntombi Knowledge Base (Project Oracle), a RAG-powered system to enhance AI-driven responses and knowledge retrieval.
- AI-Driven Call Automation – Developing Ntombi Voice, an inbound call AI bot.
- Infrastructure & Deployment – Work with FastAPI, WebSockets, AWS, Terraform, and Docker to build scalable AI solutions that integrate on-prem and cloud infrastructure.
- AI Tooling & API Development – Design AI workflows, integrate debtor tools, payment arrangements, and chat interfaces, and create APIs for seamless system interactions.
