… spec Fix new-install failure: mcp[cli]>=1.19.0 (unbounded) resolves to mcp 2.0 which moved mcp.server.fastmcp. Plan caps to the 1.x line and adds a real-import regression guard. …align) Fresh installs (PAG, pip, uv sync without lockfile) resolved the unbounded mcp[cli]>=1.19.0 pin to mcp 2.0, whose mcp.server.fastmcp import surface changed, breaking server startup with ModuleNotFoundError. Cap to <2 so installs stay on the 1.x line; align uv.lock requires-dist specifier to match. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
