Implements `Cmov` and `CmovEq` for `NonZeroUsize` and `NonZeroIsize`. Implements slice for size integer types (and their `NonZero*` variants.
- Add `CtGt` and `CtLt` for usize
- Add `CtAssign` and `CtSelect` for `NonZero{U,I}size`
- Add `CtNeg` for `NonZero{U,I}size` and `{u,i}size`
- Add some tests
