Updates to templates

  1. Rearrangement of project folder to separate sections contributors should edit from other supporting files.
  2. Expanded and improved usage notes and instructions - READMEs and comments within templates.
  3. Development of html partials to customize author-affiliation block.
  4. Development of custom page citation function (requires reinstallation of nbaR).
  5. Development of a custom csl file representing SANBI bibliography format.
  6. Various customizations to scss to address styling issues:
    • Figure and Table captions
    • Notation of footnotes
    • Styling of affiliations text
