Docs: Clarify the purpose and usage of the admin_group parameter

The documentation for the admin_group parameter in the SAML configuration could imply the creation of a group named "admin_group". This commit rectifies this by:

• Clearly stating that the user should provide the name of an existing or newly created group they wish to designate as having administrative privileges.
