Update AI Model.. And Other Fixes

1. Fixed the issue on submit the response of an non English email (previously both responses were submitted in English).
2. Updated the binding by removing type references which is deprecated in modern SAP UI5 applications.
3. Fixed an issue on deleting an email, where refreshing the model while the view was still bound to the deleted email caused it to try fetching non-existent record.
4. Normalized message and response texts, so some mishandled special characters were converted into newlines.
5. Switched the AI model access type to orchestration, to use newer models.
6. Updated the AI model.
