Summary

  • Previously only the target submodule was initialized, leaving all other submodules empty
  • This caused Docusaurus build failures when docs in one provider referenced sidebar entries from another submodule
  • Fix: initialize all submodules at their pinned state first, then override only the target submodule with the PR commit under test
