Jobs App

The Jobs App is intended for all Actions, which can't be processed synchronously due to them running longer than a few seconds. These are mostly Data Importing or Exporting Actions.

In general most Import/Export Actions can be done either as a File based transfer (using CSV/ZIP files) or via the BTP Connector Feature.

The following Jobs are available:

Imports

Import Missing Classifications (BTP)

Parameters:
 - System(*)

This Job will extract the Missing Classification Findings from the S/4 System via the BTP Connector and add them to the classification. New SAP Objects will be classified via the default classification logic and can then be manually adjusted in the Classification App. If you select "ALL" as System, every System which has a Destination will be imported.

Import Missing Classifications (CSV)

Parameters:
 - File 

After exporting the Missing Classifications via SE16N from ZKNSF_I_MISSING as csv, you can upload this csv file here to get them added to the Classifications.

Import Findings (BTP)

Parameters:
 - System(*)

This Job will import all Code Objects and their findings into the Kernseife BTP Tenant via the BTP Connector. The ATC Check Run, which is required to get the findings, is managed and executed via the Custom Code Migration App (CCMA). To setup a Project in the App, it is required to execute the "Setup System" Action in the Settings App per System. If you select "ALL" as System, every System which has a Destination will be imported. Additional features like "Difficulty" and "Number of Changes" per Code Object are only available via the BTP Connector.
