This is ready for review. Due to the generated SBOMs being SPDX 3 only, most of the tooling we use currently don't work. I left in the stages but they just copy the original SBOM along. |

This is a work in progress of getting yocto to build. I got it building locally in a container and now I'm trying to see if it will build on a github runner.
