This pull request contains a new
environment.ymlfile, to make the environment setup more convenient and directly resolve versioning issues that would currently occur when setting up the previous way, due to package version incompatibilities.I also adjusted the
INSTALL.mdfile to this and added a comment on how to make the install work on Windows.
