Prior to this change, since the jira update, tickets were no longer created because of errors. The responses from Jira are changed, and this change does the minimal required fixes in order to create tickets again using a forked version of the lesstif/php-jira-rest-client library. Fixes #1364

If the PR's in the main repo are merged, this commit is not needed, and the library can be updated in composer instea.d |
