Bump default Go version for package builds to 1.24#366

Switch the default Go package installed to support package builds to g1.24-openssl. This should be available on all currently supported release streams.
The leaf activation feature test failed previously because it included hardcoded names for the target (HPC) and dependent (Web and Scripting) modules that include specific service pack ids, which are no longer valid when switching to newer SLE BCI Go images based upon SLE 15 SP7 rather SLE 15 SP6. The test has been updated to dynamically determine the friendly name of the target and dependent extensions so that they can be used to construct the appropriate expected error message. Also added checks to the test to ensure that the friendly names can be determined which will fail in the future if newer SLE BCI Go images are based upon a SLE release that doesn't provide these extensions.
