There were two entity definitions for ndash. Rename the second to mdash. Add missing ampersand and semicolon in the entities. Only user of – was xml/attic/deployment_auto.xml. — had more users, but all in the attic, too. Signed-off-by: Andreas Färber <afaerber@suse.com>
