Tighten the input parameters of the MCP server.
Address the warning: "The constructor McpSchema.Resource(String, String, String, String, McpSchema.Annotations) is deprecatedJava(134217861)"

In this PR, the MCP server is built against the latest OC OpenAPI description, which differs from the version deployed on https://openchallenges.io.
