Description

Improve UX of Store Selector

• selected store at top of list on first selection, but doesn't move when selection changes
• disable selection of stores with no inventory ID
• disabling of selection of any store when cart not empty still leaves store search enabled

note: there is still content shift for some cases: 1st selection, unselecting store not in current results
