… checkout as guest

Description

Entering checkout as a guest shopper, then enters a registered email. An OTP modal should pop up, but choose to Checkout as a Guest. Complete the checkout manually as a guest shopper.

Result: At the last Payment section, there is a User Registration box (found for guest shoppers)

Expected: Even though the shopper is checking out as a guest, the shopper is still a registered user. Hence, the user registration component should not show up here (cannot re-register).
