Makes a badge component that is used to change how the applicant state is displayed. The badge component replaces the row colors that represented applicant state. There is now a new column, føring/guide, that contains the badge with text and color corresponding to the prioritet/priority column.
It is also possibe to hover to display a tooltip. The text on this tooltip is not implemented. The text on the badge is also not correct. We should probably make issues for both of these things.
