Added new toggle preview functionality for mobile, because otherwise it looks horrible. Also removed some of the dated bits.
Improved dark theme styling for code and blockquote html tags in SamfMarkdown.
PS: A future iteration should probably try to make the save button sticky, so you don't have to scroll all the way down, but I think this is an ait v1 update
