This PR adds some utilities to update the remote. This is somewhat untested, so let me know if it straight up does not work. As i stated in the comments,
sync-backend-on-remote.shshould be setuid samfundet-httpd andbackend/distshould be setguid lim-web on the remote.Before running the scripts, one needs to set the environment variable
REMOTE_PATH. This should correspond to the path on cirkus where the project is checked out to.
