This commit updates gradle version in android-sdk docker image to 7.6.4. Gradle version 7.6.4 is described in runtime/contrib/android/gradle/wrapper/gradle-wrapper.properties file. It includes docker PR build workflow path filter bug fix. ONE-DCO-1.0-Signed-off-by: Hyeongseok Oh <hseok82.oh@samsung.com>
