Fix rapid battery request issue on Audeze Maxwell

Changes made

• Added a delay to prevent issues with rapid consecutive requests, matching the timing used by Audeze HQ.
• Improved the way all info requests are made
• Added microphone status detection.
• Added all initialization requests used by Audeze HQ to prevent problems.
• Added chatmix capability
• Added voice prompt capability
• Fixed -o command querying each info capability twice
