Summary

  • add configurable sanitizer and coverage flags in CMake and build the new perf_smoke benchmark
  • introduce CI workflows for sanitizer matrices, coverage reporting, and a reusable perf gate that enforces a regression threshold
  • provide a scripted perf gate with a baseline artifact to guard against performance regressions

Testing

  • ctest --test-dir build
  • python3 tools/perf_gate.py --baseline tests/perf_smoke.baseline --threshold 0.6 -- ./build/perf_smoke
