Summary

  • add a configurable metrics exporter with TLS, optional basic auth, and StatsD emission plus readiness/health probes
  • wire controller/fusion telemetry into the observability registry for structured responses
  • document observability configuration and ship integration tests with sample certificates

  • ctest --output-on-failure
