Summary

  • expand the README publishing section with step-by-step instructions for creating and storing PyPI API tokens
  • document how to configure local ~/.pypirc credentials and GitHub Actions secrets for Twine
  • add optional TestPyPI upload guidance before publishing to the main index

  • not run (documentation-only change)
