This change introduces a real-time event streaming system to the browsai agent library. The new event_bus module provides a singleton EventManager that supports topic-based subscriptions, synchronous and asynchronous handlers, and error isolation. The Agent and Controller services are instrumented to emit events for agent lifecycle, LLM requests, and action executions. A WebSocketEventHandler forwards these events to the Chrome extension UI, where a new EventStream component displays them in real-time.

This commit introduces a real-time event streaming system to the browsai agent library.

The new `event_bus` module provides a singleton `EventManager` that supports topic-based subscriptions, synchronous and asynchronous handlers, and error isolation. Pydantic-based event models ensure type safety.

The `Agent` and `Controller` services are instrumented to emit events for agent lifecycle, LLM requests, and action executions. A `WebSocketEventHandler` forwards these events to the Chrome extension UI, where a new `EventStream` component displays them in real-time. This provides a live feed of the agent's activity, fulfilling the user's request for a versatile and extensible monitoring system.
