Absolutely not, I use this setting on this same build and with another i7 8750H Laptop and both systems are running on iGPU and are super stable |

To have 3048 MB instead of 2048 MB you need to change on Device Properties:
On
framebuffer-unifiedmemfrom00000080to000080BEWith that Value you can have 3048 MB of VRAM to iGPU 😉
Tested on OC 6.8.0
