This PR adds the missing standard SciML centralized caller workflows to bring this repo in line with the org-wide CI baseline.

Workflows added

  • RunicSuggestions.yml (Runic auto-format suggestions on PRs)
  • DependabotAutoMerge.yml (auto-merge Dependabot PRs)

These are thin caller files that reference the centralized reusable workflows in SciML/.github. No existing workflows, Project.toml, or source code were touched.
