• Makes a trivial whitespace change (adds blank line to README.md)
• Triggers all CI checks to verify they complete successfully
• Will be closed automatically once CI status is verified

CI health check complete. Multiple failures detected on non-LTS Julia versions.

Result: CI is currently broken ❌

Details: Opened issue #1001 documenting the following problems:

1. StatsBase dependency resolution issue on Julia 1.10 (alldeps test)
2. Flux @layer macro incompatibility on Julia 1.x and pre-release versions

All LTS tests pass, but all Julia 1.x and pre-release tests are failing.
