Initial firmware release for RPI pico target board:
- 3 ch ADC 4-20mA inputs (A0-2)
- time interval based RPM measurement (1 pulse per revolution assumed)
- I2C interface to INA226 power monitoring IC
- Modbus RTU over USB CDC
- Debug serial (disabled) on Serial1

Note: for per unit calibration values, re-compile project in PlatformIO and upload. Cal values are currently hard coded!
