glazewm-np: add to bucket v3.8.1

Working install and proper uninstall for GlazeWM utilizing UAC powershell scripting.

• Installs GlazeWM v3.8.1 with capability for future updates utilizing .msi install on arm64 and/or x64 platforms.
• Properly creates and copies GlazeWM executables to directory %ProgramFiles%\glzr.io\GlazeWM for UIAccess
• UIAccess allows GlazeWM to run without elevation but to interact elevated programs for proper tiling. When running glazewm.exe in %UserProfile%\scoop\apps GlazeWM cannot run in UIAccess mode.
• Proper shortcut handling and windows search index refresh upon installation for quick application access.
• Utilizes .msi for proper uninstall clean-up.
• Dynamic ProductCode checking for simple uninstallation with scoop -> scoop uninstall glazewm-np

updated description so it's understood why GlazeWM requires UAC for installation in order to install under %ProgramFiles% so it can be ran in UIAccess mode. This allows GlazeWM to interact (tile & command windows) that are elevated.

It's a waiting game really... I suppose it's not recommend to use a non verified scoop repo but I'm hosting a bucket @ https://github.com/dillacorn/win-glaze-dots

add my unofficial scoop bucket which contains "glazewm-np.json"

scoop bucket add dillacorn https://github.com/dillacorn/win-glaze-dots

install glazewm-np using scoop

installs in %ProgramFiles% so UIAccess is avaliable!

scoop install dillacorn/glazewm-np

Here is a link to the .json so you can verify its legitimacy. <- I love GlazeWM project and being able to install it with scoop was a dream till a few months ago.. worked with ChatGPT to create this .json and it has worked wonderfully for allowing UIAccess.
