I hope this is reasonably complete. In addition to what I described yesterday.I've updated the tests as suggested by Kristian to make them attempt to download a copy of the data from the pipeline if the "datapipeline" directory is not present. This is only done once. For this check to occur, the unit tests need to be run via the RunUnitTests.sh script instead of the executable directly.
The CI stills fails for the MacOS parts as noted by Peter in his review of previous pull request.
