Add a devcontainer setup to easily test and debug the custom component.
To make this work, open VSCode and in the command palette (Ctrl+Shift+P or Cmd+Shift+P) look for
Dev Container: Clone Repository in Container Volume, then pickScratMan/HaSmartThermostat.After that is done, run
scripts/developto spin up a debug instance of HA, accessible at localhost:8123
