Add API benchmark suite

Summary

• add an autocannon-based benchmark runner for the API endpoints listed in issue Benchmark APIs with p50, p95, p99 latency, RPS, error rate and TTFB #30
• add configurable endpoint, threshold, smoke duration/concurrency, and bearer token support
• add npm scripts so the suite can run as a full benchmark or a short smoke check

Demo / evidence

Smoke demo command run locally:

npm run benchmark:smoke -w apps/api

The smoke benchmark starts against the local API target, exercises configured endpoints with short low-concurrency autocannon runs, exits non-zero on threshold failures, and writes machine + human-readable output under benchmarks/results/.

Notes

Results are written to benchmarks/results/ as JSON and Markdown so runs can be attached to future optimization PRs.
