feat: add image preview feature

Hi,
I just wanted to add an preview when a picture file is clicked, so that it does not have to be downloaded every time. I added an Image Modal (and edited TicketFiles.vue ) that checkes the filetype for pics (jpg,jpeg,svg..) and if so displays them. They can then be closed with an x button. I did not see any dev branch or contrib guide so I am pushing to main.
