Close #6252. Add options (notClosable) to sidebar

You can pass options object to sidebar 'show' action. With notClosable
option you can turn of default closing bind (clicking on pusher elem)

There is example usage:

$('#sb-btn').click(() => {
  $('.ui.sidebar')
    .sidebar('show', {
      notClosable: true
    })
  ;
})
$('#close').click(() => {
  $('.ui.sidebar')
    .sidebar('hide')
  ;
})
