Vietnamese transalation

Summary

Adds Vietnamese (vi) language support to SpotiFlyer by introducing a complete translation file with 99 localized strings.

Changes

• Added new translation file translations/Strings_vi.properties.xml containing Vietnamese translations for:
  • Navigation and UI elements (menu items, buttons, tabs)
  • Status messages (downloading, processing, queued, completed, failed)
  • Error messages and notifications
  • Permissions and settings descriptions
  • Donation and support-related strings
  • Accessibility labels

Testing

• Verify the translation file loads correctly when Vietnamese locale is selected
• Confirm all string keys match the expected format used by other language files
