Hide deprecated modules from UI

Remove shipping planning, app store, and analytics modules from UI by toggling feature flags to WIP and hiding nav entries; adjust AdminLayout to skip appStore, and update feature flag defaults and metadata accordingly. Add comments marking as work-in-progress and ensure UI no longer displays these sections.
