- Add database migration for whitelabeling fields (logo_url, app_name, primary_color, favicon_url)
- Create reusable BrandLogo component that respects tenant whitelabeling settings
- Add whitelabeling settings UI in OrganizationSettings (premium/enterprise only)
- Update OperatorLayout, AdminLayout, and app-header to use BrandLogo component
- Update TypeScript types for whitelabeling fields
